About refunds and exchanges
The official website of Shenzhen Bonker Plastic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Bonker”) is responsible for explaining the return and exchange terms.
Our refund and return policy is: No refunds or exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive our items. Orders that exceed the 15-day time limit include the goods listed in the order and cannot be traced or returned or exchanged.
1: Special offer items are not returnable or exchangeable.
2: Returns and exchanges are supported for quality issues.
3: Ownership of the goods: Before the buyer confirms receipt of the goods and accepts them as qualified, the ownership of the goods belongs to “Bonker”, and we have the right to cancel the order and refund.
If the buyer has any objections to product quality or other issues, please contact us for return or exchange.
4: After the goods are accepted by the buyer, if there are quality problems with the products manufactured by the buyer using the goods listed in the order, the buyer will be responsible. “Bonker” only provides returns and exchanges for the goods sold.
5: To be eligible for returns, all items must be unused and in the same condition as when the buyer received the items. It must also be in its original packaging.
6: In order to complete the return or exchange, “Bonker” need a receipt or proof of purchase.
7: Please do not return the goods you purchased to the original manufacturer.
8: Once your return is received and inspected, “Bonker” will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. “Bonker” will also notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
9: Delayed or missed refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your bank, it may take a while for your refund to be officially issued. There is usually a processing period before a refund is issued.

10: Return and exchange freight charges
“Bonker” do not accept air transportation for returns and exchanges, only sea transportation, rail transportation or road transportation.
If the buyer requires the goods to be shipped by air when first shipping, “Bonker” will not refund the air freight when the return or exchange procedure occurs. We will only refund the sea transportation, rail transportation or road transportation freight.
If “Bonker” accept returns, please send the goods to: Shenzhen, China.
If “Bonker” agrees to pay for return shipping, please use the cheapest shipping method such as the sea transportation, rail transportation or road transportation. We do not accept air freight and the expensive air freight it incurs.
Depending on where you location, the time it may take for your return or exchange to reach you may vary.
We do not guarantee receipt of your return. If you are returning a more expensive item, you will need to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
11: Return and exchange duties and VAT
The import duties and value-added tax incurred on returned goods shall be borne by each parties. “Bonker” only refunds the payment and does not support the refund of import duties and VAT.

关于退款和换货
深圳市邦克尔塑胶原料有限公司官方网站 （以下简称”邦克尔”）负责解释退换货条款。
我们的退款和退货政策是：自您收到我们的商品之日起15天内，无理由退货或换货。超过15天时限的订单包含订单所列商品，无法追溯、无法退换货。
1：特价商品不予退换货。

4：货物经买方验收合格以后，买方使用订单所列商品制造的产品，如果出现质量问题，由买方承担。邦克尔只对所销售商品提供退换货服务。
5：要获得退货资格，所有商品必须未使用过并且状况与买方收到商品时相同。它还必须位于其原始包装中。
6：为了完成退换货，我们需要收据或购买证明。
7：请不要将您购买的货物退回给原始制造商。
8：收到并检查您的退货后，我们将向您发送一封电子邮件，通知您我们已收到您的退货。我们还将通知您批准或拒绝退款。如果退货获得批准，您的退款将被处理并在15天内自动应用到您的信用卡或原始付款方式。
9：延迟或错过退款
如果您尚未收到退款，请先再次检查您的银行帐户。然后联系您的银行，您的退款可能需要一段时间才能正式发放。退款之前通常有一个处理期。

10：退换货运费
我们退换货不接受空运，只接受海运、铁路运输或者公路运输。
如果发货的时候买家要求空运货物，当退换货物程序发生的时候，我们不退回空运运费，我们只退回海运、铁路运输或者公路运输的运费。
如果我们接受退货，请将货物发送至：中国深圳。
如果邦克尔同意支付退货运费，请必须使用最便宜的运输方式比如海运、铁路运运输或者公路运输货物。我们不接受空运货物及其产生的昂贵的空运运费。
根据您居住的地方，您要退换的货物到达您手中所需的时间可能会有所不同。
我们不保证收到您的退货。如果您要退回更昂贵的物品，您需要使用可追踪的运输服务或购买运输保险。
11:退换货关税和增值税
退换货物产生的进口关税和增值税由卖卖双方各自承担。邦克尔只退回货款，不支持退回进口关税和增值税。
