CYCOLOY polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (PC/ABS) high impact amorphous thermoplastic blends combine ease of processing with low-temperature ductility. With excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, and outstanding aesthetics, CYCOLOY resin blends can be tailored to meet specific property requirements, to help balance performance, cost and processability.CYCOLOY resin blends provide an excellent design solution when both appearance and durability are important.

CYCOLOY C2800 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) resin is a standard grade that can be injection molded. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC/ABS has a UL V0 & 5VB flame rating. CYCOLOY C2800 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including business equipment, monitors, and enclosures.
C2950
CYCOLOY C2950 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) resin is a standard high heat grade that can be injection molded. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant high heat PC/ABS has a UL V0 & 5VB flame rating. CYCOLOY C2950 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including appliances, lighting and electrical.
C2950HF
CYCOLOY C2950HF Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) resin is a high heat grade that can be injection molded. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant high heat PC/ABS wih enhanced processability has a UL V0 & 5VA/B flame rating. CYCOLOY C2950HF resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including appliances, lighting and electrical.
C2951
CYCOLOY C2951 is a flame retardant PC+ABS free from chlorinated or brominated flame retardant additives. High heat resistance is offered for demanding electrical applications, whilst maintaining excellent processability. It is listed under UL-94 5VA at 3.0 mm.
C3650
CYCOLOY C3650 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) resin is a grade that can be injection molded or extruded into sheet for secondary thermoforming operations. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC/ABS has a UL V0 & 5VB flame rating. CYCOLOY C3650 resin is a general purpose resin that is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including cable channels and is verified non-halogen by the DIN VDE 0472/815 standard.
C6200
Non-chlorinated, nombrominated flame retardant PC/ABS offering balanced heat, flow and impact to meet various application needs.
C6600
CYCOLOY C6600 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade with balanced flow, impact and hydrolytic stability. It also offers good chemical resistance and colorability in opaque colors. It has a UL94 [email protected] and [email protected] flame rating.
C7230P
CYCOLOY C7230P resin is a mineral filled, flame retardant PC/ABS. Good stiffness combined with balanced flow and impact performance, makes it a good candidate for various applications.
CE3510
CYCOLOY CE3510 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is a high impact, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade that can be injection molded or extruded. It has an MVR (260°C/5kg) of 8 and a UL94 [email protected] flame rating.
CM6140
CYCOLOY CM6140 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, non chlorinated/brominated mineral-filled flame retardant grade. It features high modulus, good flow, ductility and low warpage. It has a UL94 [email protected] and [email protected] flame rating and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.
CM6210
CYCOLOY CM6210 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is a high impact, non chlorinated/brominated mineral filled flame retardant grade that can be injection molded or extruded. It has an MVR (300°C/1.2kg) of 8 and a UL94 [email protected] flame rating.
CM6220
CYCOLOY CM6220 resin is a mineral filled modified PC blend featuring of high modulus (6GPa), good flow and ductility, low warpage. It is of non-Br & non-Cl flame retardant systems intended to meet thin wall flame resistance and various environmental requirements.

It has a UL94 [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] flame rating. This grade is an excellent candidate for a variety of large size applications.

CYCOLOY CY6414 is an impact modified PC blend, medium flow and high heat resistant, injection moldable, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 [email protected] and [email protected] flame rating.
