Excellent surface gloss, even with a high content of 60% glass fibers
Very high strength and rigidity, comparable to aluminum alloy
Low coefficient of linear thermal expansion, tensile strength and coefficient of linear thermal expansion similar to many cast metals and alloys, making it an excellent material to replace metals.
Very low creep, less than 1% deformation after 1000 hours at 50°C and 50MPa
Low and slow water absorption, Ixef 1022 (50% glass fiber) absorbs only 0.16% after soaking in water for 24 hours at room temperature
